The shipping cost is calculated according to the carrier you select, USPS, FedEx, UPS and DHL and others, depending on the destination to which it is sent. We ship to anywhere in the world covered by carriers from USPS, FedEx, UPS and DHL. The cost of international shipments is determined by the transport providers USPS, FedEx, UPS and DHL and according to the destination to which it is sent.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. at 5 p.m. EST. We do not ship on major holidays or weekends. Orders placed over a weekend are generally processed the next business day.
NOTE: For shipments in large quantities such as on pallets, orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. at 5 p.m. EST and the handling process takes 48 hours. The pallets with 20-pound bags contain 60 units, the pallets with 22-pound hexagonal boxes contain 50 units and the pallets with 35-pound bags contain 44 units. Any of the pallets may vary in quantities of products depending on the prior agreement with the buyer. Pallet shipments are made by local, regional or national transportation companies depending on the location of the order.
